| We headed down to Cardigan for Geoff's birthday do, I won't tell his age as he wouldn't want everyone to know he's fifty now. We had a sunny but choppy trip up to Aberporth on Saturday followed by a party and then a paddle down the Teifi with the boys on Sunday morn. Good paddling and good company, a cracking weekend. |
